AGGLOMERATION (AG-1)

Base powder, sodium carbonate and zeolite, or STPP, are metered by automatic dosing belts charging all components into a special agglomerator.
Non ionic is metered to the agglomerator by a dosing pump.

The agglomerator is a high power mixer. Its duty is to mix the base powder with all the other components and to agglomerate them into small particles which have a completely different physical structure as compared to the original "beads" coming from the Spray Drying plant.
