The continuous dosing system for soap noodles and other components replaces the batch mixer and is, therefore, a more cost effective solution. This line is recommended for lightly colored products which would tolerate a slightly higher variability then achieved trough a batch dosing system.
The preliminary refiner assists a good homogenisation of all components in the soap mass, and supports the homogenising action of the roll mill, including the removal of dry specks from the raw soap noodles feeding.
