Basic Toilet Soap Finishing Line.

The continuous dosing system for soap noodles and other components replaces the batch mixer and is therefore a more cost effective solution. This line is recommended for lightly colored products wich would tolerate a sligtly higer variability then achieved trough a batch dosing system and without the addition of difficult ingredients. As this line does not include a mill, dry specks in the raw soap noodle feeding must be absent or tolerated.
This line, of course, can be converted into a more conventional line via a phased attachement of other process stages (mixer, simplex refiner and/or roll mill).
