The new MECCANICHE MODERNE Electronic Variable Pitch Cutting Machine, equipped with embossing rolls, can produce soap tablets imprinted on one, two or four sides, always keeping the imprint positioned as required by the customer.
The machine offers a soap with an appearance practically identical to a stamped bar. This line is ideal for the production of laundry bars 40 cm long, as used in East Africa, or to produce a soap similar to the Marseille Soap imprinted on four sides.

Hundreds of customers all over the world have equipped their finishing lines with this machine that has replaced the use of traditional presses.

Here, even with sticky soap, the use of the crusting tunnel is not required.
