Laundry Soap Vacuum Cooling and Drying Plant in its traditional composition.

Tipical is the presence of a duplex (two stage) plodder. The first stage refines the soap extruding it as noodles, the second one extrudes them as a continuous bar, later cutted and imprinted.
Some perfume - if required - can be dosed into the chamber between the first and second stage.

This flow sheet shows also the optional vacuum cooling unit for the cooling water.
