Toilet Soap Noodles Vacuum Cooling and Drying Plant in its traditional composition.

Tipical is the presence of a Simplex (single stage) Noodler. In the production of toilet soap is not necessary any refining at this stage as the addition of color, perfume and processing of the soap takes place later in the Toilet Soap Finishing Line.

This flow sheet shows also the optional vacuum cooling unit for the cooling water.
