A Two Step Vacuum Cooling and Drying Plant is raccommanded when a very high concentration of TFM is required, or when the product cannot be overheated to reach directly the required concentration.

In this plant the soap is preliminarly heated and flashed in a chamber at atmospheric pressure before being heated again and spray-dried as usual in the vacuum chamber.

This flow sheet shows also the optional vacuum cooling unit for the cooling water.
