HOMOGENIZING and PLODDING UNIT

The dried soap falls from the vacuum chamber into the hopper of the plodder (extruder) underneath.
The plodder compresses and discharge the soap as a continuous bar of the desired cross section and size.

The extrusion operation not only gives the soap a definite shape but, due to the mechanical working, improve the uniformity as well as the structure of the mass.
