HOMOGENIZING and NOODLING UNIT

The dried soap falls from the vacuum chamber into the hopper of the noodler (extruder) underneath, from where the soap is discharged as noodles.

The extrusion operation not only gives the soap a definite shape but, due to the mechanical working, improve the uniformity as well as the structure of the mass.
