REFINING and PLODDING UNIT

The soap, already mixed with the different additives, undergoes a refining process before being plodded (extruded) into a bar.

Further to a complete homogenisation of the different ingredients, the purpose of this process, is to modify the crystalline structure and generate the, so called, "ß phase". The "ß phase" improves detergency and increases foaming properties of the finished product.
