Engineering is the first step of manufacturing any machine and plant.

MECCANICHE MODERNE decided that engineering had to be the core of its activity and, engineering, to the smallest detail, both for quality and for security reasons is all kept in-house.
The engineering of MECCANICHE MODERNE is performed only by qualified personnel, all grown inside the company, helped by very efficient and complete CAD (Computer Aided Designing) and CAE (Computer Aided Engineering) facilities with interconnections.

As almost all of the CAE programs have been developed internally MECCANICHE MODERNE built an excellent experience in this very new field. As a result the development of tailor made CAE programs has become a new branch of business in the company.

Tool Machining

To improve quality and price of tool machining MECCANICHE MODERNE has qualified a wide group of subsupplying workshops equipped by the latest technologies either CAD-CAM (Computer Aided Designing)-(Computer Aided Machining) or extra fine and automatic machines. Each workshop has the machine that satisfies fully each of the MECCANICHE MODERNE tool machining requirement.

Only by choosing the very best among many specialized workshop can be achieved our target: precision tool machining for highly specialized plant at a reasonable cost.

 

Inspection and Test

All raw materials, castings, tool machined pieces, vessels and any manufactured product before being accepted by MECCANICHE MODERNE is carefully inspected and tested.

 

Assembling

Assembling is the final step of machine manufacturing.
As it is the end of a long process which started from engineering, it is carried out wholly within the premises of MECCANICHE MODERNE.
As well as the final test run of the machinery, it is directly supervised by our Mechanical Engineering Branch.

MECCANICHE MODERNE uses a dedicated organization for material collection, packing, loading and an office to follow-up the export procedure.
